Electron Microscopy

For high-resolution static snapshots of molecular assemblies, we also rely on negative-stain transmission electron microscopy, in part making use of the electron microscopy facilities at the UCL/Birkbeck Institute of Structural and Molecular Biology, and in collaboration with Helen Saibil at Birkbeck College and with Doryen Bubeck at Imperial College London.
